My cakes are always made with the best ingredients I can find. I use organic flour, real butter and real vanilla because they result in a better tasting cake. I don’t skimp or take shortcuts if it will compromise quality. But vanilla is just the beginning. I offer a very large selection of flavors. My name is Beth Johnson. I am not a formally trained pastry chef. I am a stay-at-home mom. I have spent over a decade finding and perfecting recipes. I have learned a lot from professionals in the cake business and most importantly, I have spent a lot of time in my kitchen baking cakes. I love cake. It is so important to me that a cake be moist, flavorful and just the right texture. My cakes are never the cheap-tasting excessively sweet mix-cakes that can be found everywhere. They are satisfying and memorable.
